Welcome to Myo Performance, where movement is freedom.
Over the years of working as a Personal Trainer, I have listened to people explain how stiff they feel after a long day sitting in front of a desk, or how tight their muscles feel no matter how much they stretch. This means that something is not functioning the way it should. The body is a smart machine and it will send you signals when something needs to change.
My mission is to help you release those restrictions by teaching you how to move your body correctly.
Short-term goals are not what we do here!

WHAT I DO

Evaluation of posture in a natural state. Training plan to correct postural dysfunctions.

Training plan in accordance to preexisting/current injuries. Exercises created to help with recovery and prevention of further injuries.

Exercises that involve multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enhancing coordination, body’s functionality, strength and mobility.

Muscle tissue is more metabolically active than fat. Building muscles raise your basal metabolic rate causing you to burn more calories at rest, which facilitates fat loss.

Fascia is a connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel and organ in the body, providing structural support and allowing tissues to glide smoothly. Restricted fascia can lead to chronic pain, poor posture, reduced mobility and decreased muscle strength. Myofascial release consists in applying a gentle, sustained pressure to specific “trigger points” in the fascia to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and restore mobility.
