Welcome to Myo Performance, where movement is freedom.
Throughout the years working as a personal trainer, I quickly learned how the body reacts to things like standing unevenly, walking with poor posture, or running with the wrong form. The body operates as a system, and it will send you signals when something needs to change.
If you feel stiff, tight or are in pain while doing basic things, this means that something is not working the way it should.
My mission is to help you recognise these signals and resolve them, by teaching you how to connect with your body and move correctly.

WHAT I DO

Evaluation of posture in a natural state. Training plan to correct postural dysfunctions.

Training plan in accordance to preexisting/current injuries. Exercises created to help with recovery and prevention of further injuries.

Exercises that involve multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enhancing coordination, body’s functionality, strength and mobility.

Muscle tissue is more metabolically active than fat. Building muscles raise your basal metabolic rate causing you to burn more calories at rest, which facilitates fat loss.

Fascia is a connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel and organ in the body, providing structural support and allowing tissues to glide smoothly. Restricted fascia can lead to chronic pain, poor posture, reduced mobility and decreased muscle strength. Myofascial release consists in applying a gentle, sustained pressure to specific “trigger points” in the fascia to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and restore mobility.
